Craft show finds….

the peddler show

So this weekend was ” The Peddler Show” in Arlington. It was my first time going, and it was basically a craft fair. There were tons of really neat booths, full of handmade things. There were paintings, quilts, handmade children’s clothes, yard decorations- even homemade fudge. How I managed to stay away from the homemade fudge booth, I really don’t know! It looked SO yummy!

Anyway, thought I’d share a few of my finds! There were just TONS of booths for little girls, and I was grabbing up business cards like crazy. I plan to visit a few of the vendors web sites as Molly grows, so I can see what other goodies I can find for her! There were several stalls that sold those adorable ballerina tutus for babies! I may have to get one of those too someday!

So, first I got….

plates
( This monogrammed plate set was sewn while I was walking around. I picked the material used, and then the monogram color. It says Molly, obviously. lol.)
romper
(This handmade romper is so beautiful in person, the material is great quality, and looks really comfortable.)
cowgirl
(If you can’t tell this cowgirl outfit has fringe on the sides of the skirt, and a matching headband. Perfect for my little Texas cowgirl!)

bunnies

( Finally, these are some darling hand sewn chenille bunnies, just in time for Easter. Molly especially enjoyed sucking on their ears as we carried them out to the car!)

The Peddler show is in Arlington until this Sunday. But it will be traveling to other areas of Texas during the spring. More information can be found at their website -

It makes for a fun afternoon of shopping- or just looking! But watch out for the fudge stand!!!

    Hello Shannon,

thank you for visiting my blog. I am honoured you like it enough to add it to your blogroll. And your Molly is absolutely adorable. I admire your strength in giving Molly only organic food.

    Be loved and blessed,

    Eva

Thanks Eva! You have a lil sweety at home too!

-The organic thing will be harder to do once she’s older, but for now when I can control the goodness of what goes in her mouth- I figure I will:)
