The Martha Stewart Living Party- Closer look.

Okay, so I got a few requests for a closer look at the Martha Stewart Blogger’s Night Out Party. I took a LOT of pictures at Blogher, but I promise I will not be assaulting you all with the whole album!

However, since a few of you seemed particularly interested in this blogger function- I thought I’d give you a sneek peak.

My BlogHer roomie Danielle (and cousin!) and I- before frantically trying to get a cab to the party!

We walked through The Martha Stewart Living Offices to get to the party- white and crisp and clean! As you would expect!

I loved meeting Darcy Miller, Senior Vice President and Weddings Editorial  Director for Martha Stewart Living

There were some beautiful displays…

Me in front of the Martha Stewart Omnimedia logo- carrying way too much swag :)

This is the only picture of the bunch I didn’t take- but I didn’t get a pic of Martha. And how can I do a party post- without her?

The mini cupcakes were to die for.  Really.

Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director for Martha Stewart Living Omninedia- Kevin Sharky. He was a doll.  I told him how much I enjoyed the series on his apartment. And he signed the current magazine for me, that features him on the cover.

A strange but yummy drink that featured basil vodka and wine. And didn’t taste at all alcoholic. Dangerous:)

As we left we were handed bags with lots of wonderful goodies and magazines in them. I can guarantee you I will be searching through them to find the recipe to that basil drink!

The party was a  wonderful night of meeting some new bloggers, and some wonderfully imaginative people. I was really honored to be invited, and it definitely got my creative juices flowing! Perhaps I’ll be posting soon on some of the fun craft and recipe ideas I learned there:)

For other parts of BlogHer 2010 that I’ve covered try the VLOG about my first night at the Pod Hotel and the BlogHer parties!
